Asda Groceries Cancelling an Order If you've decided that you really don't want to go ahead with your chapters.indigo.ca purchase, you may cancel certain items or your entire order. You can stop a purchase while in the checkout process by clicking the "Cancel" button on the Order Summary page. The cancelled items will remain in your Shopping Bag -- visit the Shopping Bag section of Help to learn how to remove them. Once your order has been placed, you can cancel the entire order (or certain items only) online, providing the item(s) have not been shipped. Our improved shipping times have allowed for faster delivery of your items, so we may not always be able to cancel your request. Our ability to do so depends on whether your item or items have already been shipped. To cancel an order online : To view your list of orders, click on the "Account Centre" link at the top of any page and sign in. Then click on "Your Order History". Click on the order number you wish to modify and you will be sent to an order details page which will provide you with a list of items you currently have on order. Within the first 50 minutes of ordering, you may click on the "Cancel Order" button to cancel the full order. After 50 minutes from having ordered, a "Request Cancel" button will appear should your order contain any cancellable items. Click on the "Request Cancel" button and select the items you would like to cancel. Please note that only the full quantity of the item(s) can be cancelled. When you have selected what you would like cancelled, click on the "Cancel Items" button. Upon requesting a cancellation, the vendor will confirm the status of the cancellation within five business days You will then receive an e-mail informing you whether or not your order has been cancelled. Print this e-mail for your records. OR You can also call or e-mail our Customer Service department to request a cancellation. Send your request to cancelorder@indigo.ca or call 1-800-832-7569 or (905) 789-2600 within the Greater Toronto Area. Please have your order number on-hand to help speed up the cancellation process. Your order number is automatically sent to your registered e-mail address when your order is processed.
