We will send you a confirmation e-mail outlining the value of the gift certificate, the recipient's e-mail address, the message and the date that the certificate will be sent. How will I know that the gift certificate was received? We will send you a shipping confirmation e-mail when the certificate is sent. Is there an expiry date for gift certificates? No, gift certificates do not expire. What happens if the gift certificate is misplaced or stolen? Gift Certificates are non-refundable. Please treat your Gift Certificates like cash. If your Gift Certificates are lost or stolen, chapters.indigo.ca will not reimburse you. What happens if there is an unused balance? Any unused balance will be credited to the gift certificate recipient's account. What happens if the order amount is greater than the certificate amount? The remaining balance will be charged to the credit card of the gift certificate recipient. Can I choose the day for the certificate to be sent? Yes. By using the date drop down menu on the order page, you can specify the day you would like the certificate sent. What happens if I have problems with my Gift Certificate purchase? If all the items are wrapped, how will I tell which is which? If you have your order wrapped and it is sent to your billing address, we will attach a number to each package. Each number will correspond with the item sequence in your e-mail order confirmation. How will the recipient know who sent the gift? When choosing your gift wrap, you will be able to compose a short message to the recipient and send your good wishes. Be sure to include your name!
